I am originally from Germany and have lived in the UK for more than 30 years. I am an accredited and experienced therapeutic counsellor. My approach to counselling is integrative and person-centred, embedded in a thorough understanding of human interactions and informed by a rigorous 4-year training in TA (Transaction Analysis), as well as by my own experience of life’s ups & downs.

I believe that one of the most important ingredients in counselling is finding a counsellor who really suits you, where you feel understood and safe to express your thoughts and emotions in a confidential space. These are powerful elements to facilitate change in your life.

I am passionate about my work and committed to my clients, whether I see them for a few sessions or over years. I see myself as a facilitator for you to get in touch with your own inner wisdom and create a life that is fulfilling to you. My style is gentle, empathic, and ‘holding’, providing a space to explore your thoughts, feelings or concerns.

90 minutes - £90.00

Massage & Reflexology

I am also a massage therapist with over 25 years of experience. During this time I trained in:

• Remedial massage – for specific muscular problems
• Deep tissue massage – for general muscular tension
• Sports massage – sport related muscular problems
• Aromatherapy massage – for relaxation, relieving stress & anxiety
• Pregnancy massage – pregnancy related muscular tension as emotional support for the mum to be
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage – to encourage general detoxification, enabling the immune system to work more efficiently

Depending on your needs I draw on my vast experience and incorporate aspects of the different modalities, tailoring each session to your particular needs.
