Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch based therapy with it’s roots in the field of osteopathy. It’s a subtle yet powerful way of working with the body's natural capacity to rebalance and self-repair. This body-led therapy is so gentle it's suitable for all ages and is known to be effective for a wide range of conditions including; Pre and perinatal work for Mothers and babies, reflux, colic, stress, anxiety, insomnia, tinnitus and TMJ disorders, trauma of all kinds, pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, depression, life transitions as well as promoting health and well being.
Anita brings experience, sensitivity, awareness and empathy to her work and has a particular interest in prenatal and birth process therapy as it acknowledges that babies are sensitive and aware beings, who are influenced by their birth and womb life.
BSCT is an incredibly relaxing and powerful potential pathway to heal and repair our primal wounds and how one responds in relationship with omself and in connection with others as well as living through it with more safety, ease, freedom and vitality.
Anita holds her sessions in two non-austere environments in Lewes and Brighton centred around her clients needs.
